You the punter shall be referred to as "I","you", "your", "my" or "myself". These Terms and Conditions are provided to protect you as much as us. * PuntnSweep.com declares that we shall conduct ourselves with honesty and integrity. * I declare that I shall conduct myself with honesty and integrity. * I declare that I am at least 18 years of age. * I declare that I have read and understood the content in the "What is PuntnSweep" and "More Information" sections on the "Home" page and that the information in said page-sections are an extension of the Terms and Conditions of PuntnSweep.com. * I declare that the information I have entered is true and correct. * I consent that if I do not make a selection prior to the commencement of the last contest of the round then I forfeit the round and I am eliminated from the competition. * PuntnSweep.com declares that if a sporting contest is cancelled and the result is undeclared due to a cause beyond the control of the match / sporting officials then the punters who selected that match will proceed to the next round. * I consent that a result for a match is decided when the rules for the sporting contest on the day deem the match to be over. * PuntnSweep.com declares that if a sporting contest is postponed to a date outside the dates for the current round then the punters who selected that contest will proceed to the next round. * I consent that if a team/ sports person forfeits a sporting match after the match has begun then the forfeiting team/ sports person is deemed to have lost. * I consent that PuntnSweep.com may remove contests from selection where there is an overwhelming favourite. * PuntnSweep.com declares we shall only remove contests from selection before a round begins or if no punter has selected said contest. * PuntnSweep.com declares that in the event that no punter wins the competition then the entire pot shall be contributed to the next commencing competition. * I consent that unless in the event of a force majeur I am ineligible for a refund once I have entered a competition. * I consent that in the event of a force majeur I am required to read PayPal's Terms and Conditions concerning force majeurs. * I consent that should monies be refunded in relation to a force majeur then said refunds will be the amount of monies I contributed to the pot of any competition I have not been eliminated from. * I consent that in the event of a force majeur refunds will only be made if monies contributed to the pot have not been made unavailable as a result of the force majeur. * I consent that should a force majeur prevent PuntnSweep.com from conducting our operations for a period not greater than 7 days then any current competitions will re-commence as normal with any monies I contributed to the pot of a competition remaining in the pot of that competition where said monies have not been made unavailable as a result of the force majeur. * We declare that should a force majeur prevent PuntnSweep.com from conducting our operations for a period greater than 7 days then refunds will be made when said force majeur stops inhibiting our operations. * I consent and we declare that where a force majeur causes refunds to be paid any outstanding monies in the pot not refunded (from eliminated punters) shall be contributed by PuntnSweep.com to the pot of the next commencing competition where said monies have not been made unavailable as a result of the force majeur. * I declare that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of PuntnSweep.com. * PuntnSweep.com declares to contact our punters with any future modifications to our Terms and Conditions before said modifications are made official.
